Through the innovative methodology and the Game Experience platform, we offer a transformation of your content into an exciting journey of interactive learning, filled with experiences and simulations.
We present some theme suggestions that can easily be transformed into a captivating learning journey: Corporate Culture, Onboarding, Compliance, Upskilling, Futurism, among others.
We offer two distinct game structures: Pocket and Extended.
Pocket Game: consists of 7 stages divided into 2 phases, with an approximate duration of 4 hours, facilitated by a facilitator.
Extended Game: comprises 11 stages divided into 3 phases, with an average duration of 6 hours.
Each journey begins with a context composed of three distinct elements: the profile - the identity assumed by that profile - and the talents, which will play fundamental roles in the journey.
To advance in the game, participants face challenges in the form of questions, addressing key concepts of the content. Resolving these challenges drives learning, while the answers are discussed in groups, further enriching the experience. By overcoming the challenges, teams unlock crucial resources for the continued game.
To achieve the goals defined by the profiles, participants rely on talents and services that are hired to facilitate the transformation journey. Each of these cards holds values that drive performance, essential in determining the winners of each match.
In addition, we have unpredictability cards that add excitement to the game, representing common events in the journey.
The other two elements are the game board, which serves as the journey map, and the progress monitoring area, indicating the teams' evolution throughout the game.
The minimum number of cards needed for each type of game structure is detailed below, as it is through them that the content is presented.
Card | Extended | |
---|---|---|
Context | 4 | 4 |
Questions | 16 | 28 |
Value | 8 | 12 |
Skills | 16 | 24 |
Services | 16 | 24 |
Unpredictability | 12 | 20 |
Cards Total | 72 | 112 |
Before each phase change, teams must present a Pitch, specifying their intentions for the next phase or sharing the results obtained in the previous phase.
The winning team is determined by the investments made in the markets, valuing strategies aligned with the context of the journey.
The necessary steps to develop a custom game include choosing the content, defining the journey, writing and formatting the cards, making necessary adjustments, and delivering the game, followed by training facilitators to ensure an exceptional experience.New Paragraph
